Job Description
The Senior Drilling Completions Engineer will set up and manage the rig and all support services contracts for efficient execution of the company’s oiland gas drilling and completion programs and also manage the company’s drilling and completion campaign fromplanning through to execution. He/She would also Coordinate the Supply Chain process of Well Engineering equipment for cost effective project delivery.
The Senior Drilling Completions Engineerwill report to the Senior Drilling Completions Manager.
The position is based in Lagos.
Job Qualifications
Must have a degree in Engineering/Physical Sciences. MBA will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 15 years experience on a similar role,10 years of which must be in well technology, planning, design and construction.
Possess professional drilling certificates(e.g Shell R1& R2 or equivalent)
Knowledge of Subsurface Engineering.
Strong commercial skills, with deep knowledge of contracting process and strategic cost.
People development skills
