Reports Concerning the future of Luis Suarez vary though. The Daily Mirror states Arsenal are leading the race to sign the Uruguayan striker, while Real Madrid are maintaining a tough stance over the transfer fee. The Liga giants are willing to part with just £25 million for Suarez, well below the valuation of Liverpool.
However, the Daily Mail reports the Gunners may miss out on Suarez and Higuain, as an exchange deal between Real and the Reds is set to take place. Both strikers are in high demand - including from Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger, who is desperate to bolster his attacking stocks - and it is said Liverpool and Real Madrid believe a swap would be in their best interests.
