Job Description
The Contracts Manager leads all activities related to contractual, legal, commercial and insurance issues related to contracts with clients including the drafting of contracts and generation of variation orders. He will also be involved in providing contractual advice, leadership and guidance in support to corporate goals, strategy and objectives of the company.
The position is based in Lagos, Nigeria.
Job Qualifications
University degree in Law
At least 10 years experience in a similar role in the oil & gas sector
Must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of contract law
Specialization in EPC, Contract Law and Administration
Organised and attentive to detail
Knowledge of Legal and contractual laws governing projects
Competent in written and oral communication in English
High proficiency in MS Office applications
