According to Sky Sports News - Man Utd have made an improved offer of £30 million plus add-ons for Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas.
Blog - David Moyes has reiterated his intention to strengthen the Manchester United midfield before the transfer window closes.
Moyes confirmed the club had tabled a bid for Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas, but Barca vice-president Josep Maria Bartomeu was quick to stress that the former Arsenal man was not for sale.
Moyes has also reportedly shown an interest in bringing Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini to Old Trafford.
