According to AfricCon Blogspot Sports News - Swansea are believed to be prepared to sell Williams, but only if their £10million valuation is met.
Blog - Ashley Williams admits he is flattered to be linked with the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool, but insists he is focusing on starting the new season with Swansea.
Arsenal and Liverpool have both been linked with Williams for some time, and reports earlier this month claimed the Gunners have already agreed personal terms with the Wales international.
But Williams is refusing to pay too much attention to the speculation about his future at the Liberty Stadium.
"It means you're doing something right and people are talking about you at least," he told Sky Sports News when asked about the reported interest in him.
"I take it as a compliment. I don't really read the papers and that type of thing.
"You don't really know, as that's the future, and I can't really say. Different circumstances determine different things.
"I'm working hard trying to talk things through with the squad and the manager on the field, and trying to iron out a few things for the season."
