    We Are Looking For Vibrant Candidate to fill the Following Position Below:

    VACANCY - OPERATIONS OFFICER

    This role represents Africa eHealth to provide follow-up support for GIS vaccination campaigns against polio LGA level. The main responsibilities of a member of the operations team is to provide the equipment for monitoring functional GIS vaccination campaigns during IPD and work with partner organizations to provide feedback reports and specific progress at meetings Review of the evening LGA. This person will ensure that the mission and goals of eHealth are communicated and understood in the LGA, and they will be responsible for the following.
    Ehearth
    Create links and to establish close working relationships with the IOL, WFPS, WHO staff, LGA leaders and other partner organizations
    Coordinate GIS LGA operations to ensure effective monitoring of vaccination
    Provide excellent customer service to all partner organizations
    Provide feedback in a timely manner at the reception, and communicate issues in a clear and concise

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Prepare and perform quality checks on all equipment and devices used for business GPS tracking
    Working with partners LGA level to ensure the implementation of quality activities GIS oriented polio eradication
    Effective leadership and coordination of all monitoring activities in the GIS LGA
    Provide adequate training to ward focal points during training LGA level reading GIS maps / analytics
    Supervise the preparation of the team monitoring activities of the LGA immunization and ensure appropriate use of all necessary equipment for these activities level;
    Work with the parish focal points and volunteers WHO field to ensure that all selected to conduct immunization activities exercise fully charged and activated trackers phone before takeoff and return to the closure of vaccinators office every day for downloading information
    Review of the evening LGA progress reports daily IIP at the meeting using the dashboard GIS to identify colonies missed or poorly covered, and ensure that appropriate corrective actions are taken in a timely manner
    Ensure that GIS maps are updated conspicuously displayed on all heads of service and support of the focal points of the parish in their use for micro-planning
    Prepare and regularly revise / update GIS maps parish with the support of GIS laboratories in regional headquarters
    Provide logistical support before campaigns to ensure that all teams are deployed on time
    Use all management personnel and sites of effective project management
    Provide financial accounting of all monies expended during cycles
    Assist in the organization and management of asset tracking
    Help upgrade and installation of a new GIS software
    Actively participate in training office
    Other duties and tasks can be assigned, if applicable
    Skills and experience required

    SKILLS:
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    Ability to manage the monitoring of activities of GIS with enthusiasm
    Good critical thinking, problem solving and facilitation skills
    A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning
    Proficient in the use of computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
    Ability to speak Hausa
    Completed NYSC
    Achieved university degree – postgraduate or Masters preferred
    At least 3 years of work experience
