Job Description
The COO is responsible for growing the division nationally and to ensure that the businesses being managed are profitable ventures and that the owned brand(s) is more efficient and adequately focused on customer satisfaction and quality products.
The role is based in Lagos, Nigeria
Qualifications
B.Sc. from a recognised institution (Masters is an added advantage)
Minimum of years of professional experience in the food industry with a minimum of 6 years in the quick service restaurant or food industry
Ability to work with all levels of management, build partnerships and teams
Experienced in managing a profitable and global mass market, bakery or consumer brand
Familiar with the Food Industry Trends
Excellent Planning, Scheduling, Controlling & Coordinating
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to define problems, collect data for resolution
Proficiency in Ms office solutions
Must possess excellent organizational, project management and communication skills
Top notch negotiation skills and results Driven
Willingness to travel and work in a global team
