Job Description
The After Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the service support and spare part sales to customers in accordance with the group's policies and set profit objectives.
He will also be responsible for the training and management of staff.
The position is based in Nigeria
Job Qualifications
Good knowledge of the equipment distribution industry,
Experience in retail and/or sales,
Experience in After sales management,
Experience in consumer durables after sales (automobiles, generators,...)especially sales through a dealer distributor network,
Excellent customer service skills,
Experience as a workshop controller, technician or parts manager,
Good organisational skills,
Ability to lead a team,
Ability to work under pressure
