Job Description
This job position will be responsible for the management of a production factory, ensure standard, compliance and optimum maximization of resources and to ensure that the factory’s business is profitable. The role is responsible for developing operational strategy, factory management, people, asset management and overall business profitability.
The Production Manager reports to the Chief Operating Office
Job Qualifications
Minimum of university degree or equivalent. Masters Degree would be an added advantage
Minimum of 7 years working experience in a recognized Bakery brand
Experienced in managing a profitable bakery brand
Familiar with the Food Industry Trends
Cost Management skills
Fundamentals of Accounting
Problem Solving & Analysis
Inventory management
Evidence of strong people and project management skills
Planning, Scheduling, Controlling & Coordinating
